Hospice Yukon Society has been supporting Yukoners through grief and end-of-life since 1989. We provide programs and services to help you to better understand the profound journey of living, dying and grieving. And we help you to better support yourself and others.

Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers offer support to dying and grieving clients at the Continuing Care Facilities in Whitehorse, the Whitehorse General Hospital, in private homes, and in our downtown office space. We also offer online services and programming for those living in rural Yukon communities.

Our vision: A compassionate community where individuals, families and workplaces are supported through grief, death and dying.
