Please join us for our AGM!

Hospice Yukon Society’s Annual General Meeting for the 2025-2026 fiscal year will take place on Thursday May 28th from 7:00 to 8:00pm.

All are welcome to attend.

The meeting will include a summary of Hospice Yukon’s activities over the past year, and a brief financial review. More information below.

Your vote counts! You can purchase or renew your $20 Hospice Yukon Society membership at the AGM, or reach out to us ahead of time if you’re not sure when you last renewed. We can accept cash or cheque at the AGM.

Supporting Hospice Yukon through a purchase of an annual membership is a wonderful way to contribute towards our programs and services.

Notice of Special Resolution

WHEREAS the financial statements ending March 31, 2026 show Hospice Yukon Society to be in good financial standing, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the requirement to perform a financial audit (compilation engagement) be waived for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.

Board Positions for 2026-2027

We are grateful to note that Hospice Yukon volunteer Director Susan Walton is willing to serve for another two year term and will seek approval from the membership at the AGM.

Director Joy Snyder was appointed by the board in March 2026 and will be seeking approval from the membership for a term ending May 2028.

Recruitment for additional board members will continue through 2026.

We are grateful to board Co-Chairs Val Pike and Clea Roberts, and to Director Alex Kmet for their ongoing dedication in providing leadership to our organization.
