Walking can be a great way to give yourself some much-needed TLC when you are grieving the loss of a loved one.
This 3-session group is a way to get outside and connect with others who are grieving. Moving the legs and breathing a little deeper can help move our emotions.
The group walks at an easy pace around the 4km Millennium Trail.
Hospice Volunteers will walk with you in silence, or share in conversation – its up to you. Learn tips for healthy grieving, and enjoy a covid-safe chocolate break mid-walk.
All participants must be pre-registered (no drop-ins due to Covid precautions). Well-behaved dogs on leash are welcomed.
