This 2-session workshop is about using photography as a way of exploring and expressing your grief, and will help you feel a closer connection to your loved one.
No prior photography experience needed. You will need your own camera; a phone camera is fine, or a disposable one – really any camera will work.
This is not a grief support group or a class in technical photography skills, but an introduction to exploring your grief using photography. You will have the opportunity to share some of your photos during the second session, if you choose. You will also be introduced to photography resources to use on your grief journey.
Mondays April 5 & 12
