Volunteers

Hospice Yukon volunteers are individuals who generously offer their time, energy and skills to our organization. They are an essential part of our team, helping us accomplish our mission through the implementation of our programs. They bring their compassion, diversity, skills and enthusiasm to our organization. We support and encourage their growth in their volunteer roles.

Qualifications

We carefully screen all applicants including a written application form, interview, police check and references. Hospice Yukon takes seriously the desire that volunteers receive the best match for their skill set.

We encourage potential volunteers to attend our Living with Loss grief education session that is offered 4 times a year.

to learn moreabout our programs and healthy grieving. Please see Coming Events or contact our office for dates.
